With Smilla, Oaklings has created children's furniture that enables the youngest of the family to interact with the rest of the family around the coffee table or in the kitchen/living room. The small table allows for both eating and playing in a safe environment.

The Smilla Toddler chair is made from FSC®-certified oak and is subsequently treated with a non-toxic matt lacquer, which makes the children's furniture easy to clean.

As Oaklings works with oak, which is a natural material, each piece of furniture will vary slightly in grain structure, knots and surface treatment. It is part of their furniture that you can see that they come from nature's beautiful oak trees, and small deviations in the wood should therefore not be regarded as faults but as an underlining of nature's materials.

When purchasing the chair, a set of brass plates is included, which can be engraved with the child's name and thus pass on the history of the chair for future generations. You can also choose to engrave a personal greeting for the recipient if the chair is given as a gift.

The children's chair complies with all European safety requirements and is tested according to the European standard EN/DS 17191_2021.

The beautiful high chair is also available in smoked oak and black stained oak.
